ITM Participates in CLIA’s Port & Destination Dialogue
Ready for a day full of ideas and learning
ITM Group participated for the first time in the Port & Destination Dialogue, an event organized by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), held ahead of Seatrade Europe 2025, from September 8 to 9 in Hamburg, Germany.
The forum brought together representatives from cruise lines, ports, and tourist destinations from around the world, focusing on sustainability, innovation, port infrastructure, and destination management.
Chiara Giorgi, Global Brand & Event Director Seatrade Cruise, Daniela Muñoz & Fernanda Mexía
During the event, Daniela Muñoz, our Commercial Director of Ports & Destinations, and Fernanda Mexia, in charge of Commercial & Itinerary Planning for our ports, took part in conferences and networking spaces, strengthening strategic ties with key industry figures such as:
Chiara Giorgi, Global Brand & Event Director at Seatrade Cruise.
Daniel Caprile, Italy Sales Director at Costa Crociere.
Both are strong allies of our ports in the Dominican Republic: Port Cabo Rojo and Port Samana.
Without a doubt, this event was an excellent opportunity to address our shared challenges and work towards a future of sustainable growth and development.
