ITM Group participates in CLIA’s Port & Destination Dialogue 

Ready for a day full of ideas and learning

ITM Group participated for the first time in the Port & Destination Dialogue, an event organized by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), held ahead of Seatrade Europe 2025, from September 8 to 9 in Hamburg, Germany. 

The forum brought together representatives from cruise lines, ports, and tourist destinations from around the world, focusing on sustainability, innovation, port infrastructure, and destination management.

During the event, Daniela Muñoz, our Commercial Director of Ports & Destinations, and Fernanda Mexia, in charge of Commercial & Itinerary Planning for our ports, took part in conferences and networking spaces, strengthening strategic ties with key industry figures such as: 

• Chiara Giorgi, Global Brand & Event Director at Seatrade Cruise. 

• Daniel Caprile, Italy Sales Director at Costa Crociere. 

Both are strong allies of our ports in the Dominican Republic: Port Cabo Rojo and Port Samana. 

Without a doubt, this event was an excellent opportunity to address our shared challenges and work towards a future of sustainable growth and development.
