Bigger, bolder, game-changer! On April 24th, we will welcome Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas for the first time! We are happy to celebrate such a special occasion. In this blog, we will dive more into this cruise and everything available for our guests upon arrival.
About Oasis of the Seas
A cruise ship with history! With its first Maiden Voyage in 2009, the Oasis of the Seas is the first Oasis-class ship in history. It is known as the one that launched a vacation revolution. It has 16 decks and a 6780 guest capacity.
Rewriting its history, Oasis of the Seas has been amplified to provide cruise guests with more amazing adventures on the sea. It features the tallest slide at sea, Ultimate Abyss℠ , and new exciting water slides. With delicious dining options and entertainment experiences, it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
Maiden Call in Port Cabo Rojo
We’re so excited to welcome Oasis of the Seas at home!
Port Cabo Rojo is in the province of Pedernales. This beautiful region offers unique landscapes with stunning views. Places like Bahia de las Aguilas, and Hoyo de Pelempito are amongst the most popular in the region. Views in this region are dreamlike and the ocean has a crystal-clear shade you won’t be able to see in another place. It is truly heaven on earth!
At the port, we have many activities for guests of all ages to enjoy. Upon arrival, they will find a fun fair with mechanical games to ride for free. A refreshing lazy river and an Oasis area with pools and lounge chairs to relax all day. Guests will enjoy refreshments during their time at the port. Themed restaurants and bars will be open as well.
