A New Project in Mexico
A next-generation cruise terminal in Ensenada, Baja California, in collaboration with Carnival Corporation and Hutchison Ports. Inspired by 18th-century Californian architecture, the project features two main areas: Legends of Adventure, an adventure theme park, and Ensenada Bay Village, a commercial and entertainment district. The terminal will have the capacity to receive two cruise ships simultaneously and up to 9,000 visitors per day, positioning itself as a key driver of sustainable tourism in the region.
A Setting Inspired by History
The project’s design recreates the essence of historic Californian towns through an architectural style that blends Mediterranean and colonial elements. This immersive environment will offer cultural, gastronomic, and recreational experiences that reflect the identity and historical richness of Ensenada.
Ensenada Bay Village
Ensenada Bay Village will feature shops, dining options, and entertainment within a colonial setting. It will include specialized experiences such as the Chocolate Factory, Beer Factory, Wine & Cheese Experience, and Tequila Experience, all designed to promote Mexican culture and local products. The village will also include the Ancestral Spa, offering a temazcal, massage cabins, and panoramic views, as well as a beach club with warm pools, pool bars, fire pits, and a specialty restaurant.
